Finalize and refine the design with detailed plans.
- Developing floor plans, elevations, and site plans
- Selecting materials and finishes, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Creating 3D visualizations and renderings

Construction Phase
Monitor the construction process to ensure it aligns with the design.
- Conducting site inspections and maintaining quality control
- Managing change orders and scope adjustments
- Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders

Finishing Phase
Thoroughly reviewing all completing final touches, including painting, flooring, lighting, and trim work.

Project Handover
Deliver the completed project to the client and finalize all formalities.
